Strong installation work and efficient teams earn consistent five-star praise when jobs complete smoothly. Staff including John Daly, Chris, and Jerry Antram are singled out for professionalism and transparency. However, multiple reviewers report leaks emerging weeks to years after completion, poor follow-up on warranty claims, and difficulty reaching the company when problems surface. Communication breakdowns and scope disputes have frustrated customers, particularly those routed through Lowe's.
Selected technicians deliver polished workmanship and clean job sites on the initial install. The gap appears in aftercare and problem-solving: when issues emerge, responsiveness drops sharply and some customers feel dismissed or ignored.
Kairos Roofing & Restoration holds a 5-star rating, though review evidence is limited to a single Google review. Their website states 20+ years in business and lists gutter services, roof repair and replacement, and inspections across Atlanta.
Reviewers consistently praise Kagan Scott and his team for turning complex roof projects into stress-free experiences. They stand out for hands-on insurance claims help, detailed progress updates with photos, meticulous clean-up, and honest guidance on materials and pricing.
