What reviewers think

Recent work shows a disciplined crew that completes jobs quickly and leaves sites clean, with owner Richard Thomas drawing consistent praise for professionalism and pride in standards. Older complaints surface past friction around warranty claims and follow-up attendance, though the owner appears to have addressed at least one customer years later. The 3-year transferable labor warranty is mentioned as a commitment, but some reviewers struggled getting it honored decades ago.
