Storm damage repairs completed fast with attentive project management. Molly kept updates flowing while Heath delivered accurate estimates and guided insurance paperwork; the finished roof stayed clean and watertight.
Mark Fulcher and his team earned strong marks for expert guidance, quick response times, and meticulous site cleanup. One past customer reported poor molding and a no-show for follow-up work, though most reviewers praise his honesty and willingness to work with insurance adjusters on roof replacements.
Reviewers consistently praise Arnoldo and Jennell for keeping them informed at every step, listening to their specific needs, and delivering polished results. The crew-carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tile setters-work methodically and leave jobsites clean; many mention finishing ahead of tight deadlines or discovering and fixing problems beyond the original scope without surprise charges. AEM tackles bathroom and kitchen remodels, basement finishes, water and fire damage restoration, deck and porch work, brick restoration, hardwood finishing, and roof replacement. Reviewers often name crew members (Izzy, Antonio, Eladio, Omar, Charles) and credit Arnoldo's oversight and Jennell's site management for the experience. Several long-term customers have returned for multiple projects.
