Installation crews work fast and leave properties spotless; metal roofs and replacements often complete in one or two days. Behind that speed are clear-talking estimators like Jeremy and Brooks who walk through options thoroughly, offer tiered shingle choices and financing, and ensure a quality control person oversees the job. One reviewer noted unresolved porch water intrusion months after installation and an unfulfilled promise from a contractor.
Named staff including Cody, Josh, John, Oscar, Hunter, Jeremy, Brooks, and David Teel earned specific praise for professionalism and attention to detail. The company includes a QC person on-site during replacements and conducts final walkthroughs. Warranties are tiered and prorated after the blanket window, and ridge vents are standard on all roof replacements.
Mark's team handles everything from tarps after storms to full replacements with the same care: crews arrive early, stay focused, clean up completely, and communicate openly. Reviews across two years consistently highlight professional detail, quick turnarounds, and willingness to revisit concerns until satisfied.
Most reviewers report fast, professional work and successful insurance claim help after storms, though a small number describe unfinished repairs and recurring leaks months later. Victor Villanueva and the team are praised for responsiveness and fair quotes, but some customers faced follow-up issues that went unresolved.
