K & N Renovation
Kevin and his team deliver on multiple fronts: roof work, water damage repairs, and home renovations all earn consistent praise for speed and finish quality. Homeowners repeatedly cite his willingness to negotiate with insurers, his same-day or next-day problem-solving for post-job issues, and his honesty about what a project needs. Most friction appears when scope differs from what the owner expected, though the crew itself draws universal compliments. The business handles complex structural work-foundation lifting, French drain installation, flooring relevel after settling-alongside roofing and interior remodels. Staff communicate timelines clearly, stay on schedule, and clean up thoroughly. A long-term customer base and repeat hires across church, family, and neighbour referrals suggest reliability over years.
