Barclays receives strong marks for project execution, with crews completing jobs quickly and leaving sites spotless. Staff including Michael Antero, Carolina, Katherine, Luis, Christian, and Nicole are frequently cited for professionalism and clear communication throughout the process, especially when navigating insurance claims. However, serious concerns surface around inspection practices and sales pressure. One detailed account describes an inspector marking the roof as hail-damaged, with a salesperson pushing to sign a contract with a steep cancellation fee, despite three independent inspections finding no damage and an engineer's forensic report ruling the marks as manual abrasion. Unsolicited calls have also drawn complaints.
