One reviewer praised Decatur Roofing for thorough inspection, fast completion (1 day), on-site cleanup, and follow-up verification before final invoice.
Vlad and his team earn consistent five-star reviews for showing up when promised and staying in touch throughout the job. Customers highlight his honesty, willingness to walk through options rather than upsell, and personal follow-up even after the crew leaves, including nailing down any debris left behind. The work itself gains praise for durability and quality materials, from roof replacements lasting years to gutters still standing strong. Many mention how Vlad personally handles estimates, manages insurance coordination, and often goes unpaid for small fixes that build trust with neighbors and clients alike.
