Homeowners consistently note professional workmanship, detailed cleanup (even sending photos after), and prices that feel fair for the speed and quality delivered. One recent complaint flagged slow communication on a follow-up gutter job and missing insurance support, a sharp contrast to the overwhelming pattern of same-day or next-day turnaround.

The Roof Leak Detective

Every call gets same-day or next-day attention, often from Alfonso himself. He listens to what you actually need, diagnoses leaks others missed, explains the work step by step with photos, and refuses to upsell unnecessary repairs. Customers describe a rare combination of old-fashioned service and real roofing skill: one person called him out after a leak he'd fixed returned in 2022, and he showed up immediately to find the actual source (a bathroom toilet, not the roof). The crew finishes jobs fast, cleans up, and stands behind work with a one-year labor warranty. Metal roof, dormer flashing, vent boots, shingles, ridge caps-reviewers mention the range. One commercial metal roof has held dry through four rains. Another customer who'd been to three other roofers before him notes Alfonso and his dad solved a problem the others only covered with caulk. No complaints across 20 recent reviews.

Rod and his team complete roof installations and attic radiant barrier work in a single day, leaving sites immaculate and addressing customer questions without delay. Reviewers consistently note the crew's professional coordination, careful execution, and follow-up care. Rod's General Contractor license and 35 years of roofing experience inform the specialized radiant barrier installations, which homeowners credit with reducing attic temperatures by 20+ degrees during Atlanta summers and lowering cooling costs. The business earns trust through named staff members (Nathan, Jon Miller, Ray) who are consistently praised for communication and attention. Multiple reviewers specifically mention recommending Radiant after watching the crew work on neighboring properties. One-day turnarounds with clean sites and detailed explanations of materials and processes are the norm.
