Finley's excels when actively involved in a project: homeowners praise Mr. Finley's hands-on approach, knowledgeable guidance on materials, quick completion, and clean sites. The risk emerges after installation. Several customers report shingles poorly fastened, gutter covers improperly positioned, and a warranty process marked by excuses, blame-shifting to animals, and dismissive staff. One owner witnessed a supervisor correcting loose nailing mid-job; another waited weeks for post-warranty repairs while being told to hire someone else.
