What reviewers think

Impact Roofing earned strong marks for speed and communication. Most jobs wrap in one to three days, with named crew members like Derek, Mike, and Stateon earning specific praise for professionalism and follow-up. Austin and Taylor impressed customers by spotting additional work and handling complex renovations alongside roofing.

One hurricane-season job went sideways: undersized material orders left a roof tarped instead of protected with temporary panels, a crew member stepped through the ceiling unreported, and gutters were damaged during the work. The customer stated management blamed them for the errors. Aside from this outlier, reviews describe meticulous attention to detail and willingness to return for fixes or questions.
