What reviewers think

Most work runs smoothly: Junior and his crew show up on time, explain each step clearly, and finish without leaving debris behind. Water damage claims and roof replacements consistently earn praise for professionalism and quality. One reviewer had a poor initial consultation and estimate experience, citing knowledge gaps and a hostile follow-up message that soured the interaction.

Staff keep close contact with customers and insurance companies throughout projects. Several homeowners note that work completed faster than expected, warranties are transparent, and crews stayed flexible with scheduling. The breadth of positive feedback on water damage restoration and roof installation suggests this is where the team performs most confidently.

Most jobs come in on time and under budget, with crews who install clean, leak-proof gutters and show up ready to work. A few customers praise Steve's honesty and Jonathan's attention to detail with gutter guards. One notable friction: their text-based quoting process frustrated a customer who wanted an in-person estimate, though the majority report straightforward communication and competitive prices against rivals.
