Flynt Waters and his team consistently deliver fast, professional roofing work with strong communication throughout. The owner handles jobs personally on both residential and commercial projects, answering calls and explaining options clearly, with jobs completed on schedule and quality that reviewers say exceeds what they expected.
Homeowners consistently report receiving calls and estimates within days, with inspections thorough and staff willing to explain problems without pressure to upsell. Multiple reviewers praise Ivan, Justin, Yoni, and Lina by name for diagnosing roof and gutter issues accurately, managing insurance paperwork start to finish, and completing work efficiently-several note no debris left behind or work finished in a single day. The business handles storm damage claims, leak repairs, full roof replacements, gutter realignment, and skylight sealing. Reviewers repeatedly mention being shown photos of work and feeling that the team solved their actual problem rather than pushing a quick sale. Emergency response stands out; one reviewer texted Ivan at 9 p.m. and had a crew on site the next morning.
