Gonzales Roof Contractor earns strong marks for honest pricing and efficient work. Customers highlight Dwight and Jhonny's accessibility, communication during jobs, and willingness to handle extra tasks like tree trimming and gutter repair without upselling.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most jobs get done quickly and cleanly, with Daniel praised for clear communication and reasonable pricing. Multiple crews have struggled with basic courtesy and language access; some insurance claim handling has been questionable. Limited detail available overall.
Every review praises Donal's responsiveness, crew professionalism, and the quality finish. Customers highlight fair pricing, on-time completion, and immaculate cleanup. Work spans roof repair and replacement, siding, painting, and structural repairs, often completed faster than estimated.
Metal roof installations stand out for quality materials, rapid completion, and meticulous site management. Multiple reviewers praised the 50-year transferable warranty, timely work, and thorough cleanup. However, several complaints describe intense sales pressure from representatives who resist "no" answers and quote prices some find steep, occasionally requiring firm boundaries to end the sales visit. Installation and inspection crews earn consistent praise for professionalism and honesty (one reviewer noted the crew recommended waiting 5-10 years on a second roof rather than upselling immediately). Crew behavior remains the consistent strength; sales conversations are where friction arises.
