A team known for starting with honest assessment rather than upselling, using clear language to explain roofing choices and options suited to Atlanta heat, humidity, and storm exposure. Named crew members-Shawn, Clayton, Jace, William, Oliver-handle jobs ranging from leak detection to full roof replacement and metal roofing installs with consistent professionalism, organized scheduling, and meticulous cleanup including debris and nail collection.
Reviewers across multiple projects report smooth handoffs between estimate, installation, and follow-up, with staff responding quickly to questions even after job completion. Metal roof, shingle replacement, ridge vent repair, gutter work, and chimney-to-roof integration all receive praise for matching or exceeding expectations. Long-term clients mention years of repeat work with no problems.
Most reviewers report positive experiences with the company's work and pricing. One complaint concerns unsafe driving by a company vehicle, unrelated to roofing service quality.
JG Pro Solutions earns strong marks for staff who are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with material selection and budgets. Reviewers repeatedly cite fair prices and willingness to source hard-to-find items same-day.
Review evidence is too limited to assess this business fairly. Their website lists roof repairs, shingle replacement, installation, storm damage, flashing, and gutter work across Georgia, and they state they are licensed and insured.
