G&G Roofing & Painting

Connor Gorman and his crew specialize in cedar and wood roof repair, restoration, and cleaning across the Atlanta area and beyond. Reviewers consistently praise his technical knowledge of cedar shakes, willingness to preserve existing roofs rather than sell unnecessary replacements, and rapid response to emergencies. Most recent work includes leak fixes, shake replacement, roof restoration treatments, gutter cleaning, and chimney work. Notable: the owner's grandfather founded the business, and Connor personally handles consultations and guarantees all work with no-charge repairs within warranty period.

Connor's approach stands apart in the roofing trade. He educates homeowners on their options, explains why preservation often beats replacement, and takes responsibility for repairs found mid-project without price increases. Customers mention booking estimates and discussing roofing philosophy rather than feeling pressured into sales. Work spans cedar shakes, asphalt, tin, and composite materials; gutter service is also available. Multiple reviewers report calling back years later and receiving warranty repairs at no charge.
