Jeff and his crew earn consistent praise for speed and professionalism across residential jobs. Most reviewers highlight his responsiveness to damage calls, ability to secure insurance approvals, and teams that finish on schedule while leaving properties spotless. Gutter installation and roof repair work appear regularly in positive feedback, with customers noting reasonable pricing and transparent communication.
One early 2025 customer reported the crew disturbed roof shingles during manual inspection despite advertising drone capability, leading to subsequent damage and insurance denial. This single complaint contrasts sharply with the broader pattern of 98% five-star reviews and repeated mention of Jeff's follow-up attention to customer concerns.
All four reviews praise Level 7 Roofing for on-time work, thorough execution, and cleanup. Bruce, the owner with 37 years of roofing experience, earned trust through professional follow-up and hands-on involvement in roof repairs, soft washing, and insurance coordination.
