Homeowners consistently praise the team for honest estimates that often surprise by recommending repair over replacement, plus rapid scheduling within a day or two of calls. Joe, Emmanuel, Manuel, and Russell show up on time, work steadily, and finish most jobs in a single day with meticulous cleanup. They excel at navigating insurance claims, explaining damage in plain terms, and catching issues inspectors miss like improper flashing or soft decking.
Their work spans leak detection to full replacements, storm damage recovery, and gutter repairs across Union City. Reviewers note the crew protects landscaping, explains every step before starting, and follows up to confirm debris removal and drain systems work properly. The team's calm, patient demeanor through the whole process, from inspection to final walkthrough, stands out in a market where other contractors don't return calls.
Limited evidence: one five-star review praising quick storm damage assessment and neighborly conduct. One one-star review details a five-month collapse in service, unresponsiveness, missed deadlines, and disputed deposit refund after no work was performed. Reviews reflect extreme polarization with no middle ground.
Two five-star reviews confirm solid work. Limited feedback available, but no complaints recorded.
Adam and his team earn consistent praise for gutter work that arrives on schedule and leaves sites clean. Homeowners repeatedly note his responsiveness to questions, willingness to adjust plans based on feedback, and the quality of installations alongside roof replacements and drainage solutions.
