Nearly all reviewers praise punctual, knowledgeable work and honest assessment of roof damage, with one dissenting claim of a $1,348 patch being overpriced. One named technician, Mr. Gunn, drew specific praise for fair quotes and early completion.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All 16 reviews are five-star, with strong praise for Damian and his crew on professionalism, insurance claim navigation, and job quality. Customers consistently mention careful site prep, courteous communication, meticulous cleanup, and willingness to fight insurance denials. Work is praised as timely and backed by warranty.
Derek and the Supra Roofing team earn consistently high marks for speed and professionalism. Customers highlight Derek's drone-aided inspections, transparent quotes, and willingness to work directly with insurance companies on claims. Named staff like Andrew, Treveon, Aaron Boykin, and others are praised for patience and thorough communication. Work gets done on schedule, cleanup is thorough, and pricing feels fair relative to the quality delivered. One significant complaint undercuts the service record: a sales representative was disruptive and rude when asked to leave a residential property, waking a customer's household and distressing dogs. That isolated incident stands against dozens of five-star reviews highlighting Derek's honesty, ethical practices, and a culture of follow-through on punch lists and aftercare.
Strong execution from experienced staff members like Hunter, Matthew Newman, and Ben Baugh, who walk customers through insurance claims and deliver professional installations with thorough cleanup. However, a significant minority report abandonment after roof inspections for claims, poor initial workmanship, and unresponsiveness to warranty requests, though the company does eventually honor repairs when contacted.
