What reviewers think

BDI Roofing Group completes jobs on time with thorough cleanup and arrives prepared to work. Staff introduce themselves by name, inspect carefully, and provide photo reports of all repairs. Most customers praise responsive scheduling and reasonable quotes.

One recent customer experienced significant scheduling confusion: early starts without notice, blocked access to her car, and leftover debris across the yard and roof. She stressed that clear communication about actual timings and site logistics would have prevented stress during a time-sensitive real estate closing.
