Installation quality consistently impresses: crews arrive on time, protect the home with drop cloths, remove old materials, clean methodically, and finish with attention to detail. Salespeople like Matt, Jim, and Charlie build trust through knowledgeable consultation without hard-pressure tactics. The weakness emerges in after-sale accountability. Several customers report months or over a year of silence when promised repairs, window replacements, or fence corrections don't materialize, with some discovering misorders or subcontractor mix-ups only after payment.
All seven reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise AD Smith, the roof consultant, for responsiveness and expertise. The company handled insurance claims, appealed low settlements, matched siding colors, and scheduled work promptly. One customer reported their entire roof was replaced through insurance. Follow-up after completion was noted.
Apollo Primm earns strong marks for keeping customers in the loop and meeting schedules. Technicians arrive on time, explain work clearly, and handle both routine repairs and complex leak diagnostics; one reviewer noted the team succeeded where other contractors failed.
All ten Google reviews award five stars. Work spans restaurant builds, retail remodels, and commercial projects across Georgia. Clients name Richie and Christopher as standout team members who deliver on schedule and follow specifications.
