Customers consistently praise his knowledge during estimates, his team's work quality, and his follow-through on warranty claims years after installation. Specific work praised includes vent pipe boot repairs, gutter installation, flashing installation, roof replacements, fascia and trim work, and emergency storm damage fixes. Reviewers note he relocates fixtures, photographs repair steps, caulks windows, and handles difficult leak diagnosis without overcharging. Several mention getting competitive prices after shopping multiple quotes.
